After completing the trailer, and recieving acceptable feedback and personally being satisfied with it, we set out to complete the second product; the poster. Like with the trailer, we will set out reserching into sucessful posters and see what techniques are employed to make them successful. We also hope to keep the theme of the poster similar to the trailer to keep a visible link between them.
We decided that the poster will be created on Photoshop CS5, however first we started looking at posters from blockbuster movies for influence such as;
The last House on the Left, Inception and
Triangle we also looked at our poster from our AS media studies project. This year we are aiming for a cleaner look on the poster to give it a more professional look on it
